The gallery of paintings by DannyBoy, aka Danny Babineaux comes across as something rather extraordinary. All of the paintings are dedicated to portraying one gay stereotype, the "daddy" bear. For admirers of this type of men, the paintings will probably be worth a look, as many of them are quite poetic and sensitive. Some of the paintings looks like private portraits of close friends, which adds to their sensitivity of expression. However, the gallery is diminished in value by the brash selling on the website, taking attention from the artworks themselves. One can hardly help feeling that a by a better presentation of the artworks, and a heavier editing of which artworks that is shown, would make the gallery very much more worth a visit. As it is - it's just for the bears.
